This catalogue is a lavishly illustrated survey of Shang through
Qing porcelains, featuring 110 objects representative of each period. The wares,
including, jars, figures, vases, boxes, waterpots, basins, pillows and others, were
selected form carious excavtions and recent exhibitions. Now kept in the Palace Museum and
various museums including Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Shaanxi, Jiangsu, ad other provinces, these
porcelains reveal the cultural and ceramic heritage of China.
